Delivery & Returns
At Glint Wood Glow, each candle is hand-poured with care, and orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Local pickup is also available in Brantford, ON. While we do not accept returns for scent preferences, we gladly offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect—just contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. Your satisfaction matters, and we’re always here to help make it right.
